We ship our RC vehicles and equipment to enthusiasts around the world. Once we receive your order, we get started on it right away.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our regular business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may take 3 to 4 business days before your order ships out.
Standard Shipping
For standard deliveries, please expect a shipping time of 7 to 10 days. Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance to your delivery address.
International Orders and Customs
We proudly ship to over 200 countries in the world. Please note that import and duty fees are not included in the shipping costs. The recipient is completely responsible for paying any import customs, duties, and taxes levied by the destination country upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email detailing your tracking number and the items shipped. Transit times will vary based on your location.
