You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return If 30 days have passed since your delivery we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange
Condition of Returned Items
Because our store sells extreme outdoor vehicles and heavy duty machines strict condition rules apply for all returns

Items must be completely unused and in the exact same condition that you received them

Vehicles cannot have been driven outdoors crashed modified or exposed to dirt and water

All items must be in their original packaging with all manuals spare parts and accessories included

We reserve the right to reject returns if the vehicle shows obvious signs of use or damage

Refund Process
